Each trek will feature a detailed route map and most will also feature a schematic elevation diagram. Product Biography

Jack Jackson, mountaineer, diver, photographer, lecturer and author - has carved an impressive reputation for himself. Originally an industrial chemist, Jack answered red the call of adventure and set off on expeditions in the Himalaya, making his living from lecturing and photogr aphy. He explored remote areas of Asia, Africa, Europe and the Far East, both on his own and as leader of scientific, cultural and tourist expeditions. He has trekked in Morocco, Afghanistan, Iran, Oman, Nepal, northem India, Bomeo, Iceland and Greenland. Jack is a member of the Alpine Club, Climbers‘ Club, Scientific Exploration Society and Outdoor Writers‘ Guild. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and consultant to the Expedition Advisory Centre at the Royal Geographical Society.
